At the earliest possible stage we will visit your chosen land with you, and if necessary arrange for the demolition of your old home or a dwelling you have bought to demolish. Staying in a familiar neighbourhood is an attractive option for many of our clients, and we are well-placed to give planning advice about the kind of new home best suited to your land and streetscape. Whether it be an existing site or a new block, we will arrange for building and local government approvals.

After refining the design to meet your exact specifications, and when you have approved the plans, accepted our quotation and signed a contract, we are always at hand. You will be regularly updated about construction progress, and we will respond promptly to any queries you may have.
